Hub Operations Page
Welcome to the WestWind Airlines Hub Operations Page! All WestWind Hubs are state-of-the-art operations, structured to maximize pilots' flying time by minimizing their "paper work" time. This structure grants each pilot maximized route flexibility, best tailored to their non-virtual schedules.
Benefits of this system include:
Pilots can fly regional, domestic, international or any combination of the three route types.
Pilots must log at least one flight every 60 days through the Flight Dispatch System. After 60 days of inactivity, the pilot will be taken off the Active Pilot Roster.
Pilots send themselves to WestWind's Training Center for type-rating upgrades as they complete advancement requirements. Once a pilot has passed Cat V, they will be promoted automatically based on their hours.
Each Hub is headed by a Hub Manager who is in charge of day-to-day flight ops for their assigned hubs.
